The March campaigns your clinic could be running right now

Practical campaign ideas to get your clinic visible this month - without spending your evenings on content
March is packed with health awareness dates that give you a genuine reason to show up in your community - both online and offline. And the best part? You don't need to invent topics from scratch. The awareness calendar does that for you.
I've pulled together the key dates and mapped out practical campaign ideas for each one. Some are bigger projects if you've got the time. Others take 20 minutes. Pick what works for your clinic and run with it.
Here's what's coming up in March and how to make the most of it.
Six Nations Rugby Season: Host an Injury Awareness Workshop
With the Six Nations in full swing, this is a natural opportunity to connect with your local rugby community.
Consider hosting an injury awareness workshop at your local rugby club. Cover the basics: concussion awareness, common rugby injuries, effective warm-up routines, and how physiotherapy can help with prevention and recovery. You're not selling anything here - you're providing genuine value to players, coaches, and parents. That builds trust and puts your clinic on the radar as the go-to for rugby-related injuries in your area.
If that feels like a lot: Create a simple flyer highlighting common rugby injuries and prevention tips. Drop it off at your local club. It takes an hour and gets your name in front of exactly the right people.
Eating Disorders Awareness Week: A Body Awareness Mini Workshop
This one's sensitive but important. Consider partnering with a local gym or community centre to host a mini workshop on body awareness and healthy movement.
You can educate attendees on how physiotherapy and manual therapy support people in developing a positive relationship with their bodies through safe, mindful movement. Include simple techniques that promote physical wellbeing, and open up the conversation around body image and health.
This positions your clinic as a supportive, knowledgeable resource in your community - and it's exactly the kind of visibility that builds lasting trust.
If that feels like a lot: Create a handout with tips on body awareness and healthy movement to share in your clinic during the week.
Winter Sports Season: Stay Safe and Thrive
With the Paralympic Winter Games generating excitement around winter sports, this is a great hook for injury prevention content.
You could run a short online workshop sharing tips on preventing injuries during winter activities - proper techniques, warm-up routines, and when to seek help. Pair it with a guide and a discount on your services for participants.
This kind of campaign does two things: it positions you as the expert in injury prevention, and it gives people a reason to book with you before they're already injured. Prevention content builds trust in a way that reactive marketing simply can't.
World Sleep Day: The Low Back Pain and Sleep Connection
This is one of my favourites because the content practically writes itself.
Write a blog post explaining how poor sleep can make back pain worse, along with practical tips for sleep posture and stretches to relieve tension. Send it out as an email newsletter, pull a few key points into social media posts, and you've got a full campaign from one piece of content.
The connection between sleep and pain is something most patients don't think about - so when you explain it clearly, you immediately position yourself as someone who understands the bigger picture of their health.
Mother's Day: Gift Voucher Campaign
Simple but effective. Offer a gift voucher for a 60-minute relaxation massage, with a runner-up prize like 20% off a next booking.
Target your loyal patients and those who haven't visited in a while. Promote it on social media, mention it during appointments, and put a poster in your waiting area. If you've got an email list, set up a simple workflow to send the offer directly.
If that feels like a lot: Create a straightforward 15% discount coupon for any massage treatment, sent to your mailing list. Simple to set up, still drives bookings.
Earth Hour Day: Eco-Friendly Health Practices
Launch a mini-campaign focused on sustainable health practices. Write an email newsletter discussing environmental factors and physical health - the benefits of spending time outdoors, reducing waste in healthcare, or sustainable exercise routines.
Share tips on social media about how your clinic is committed to greener practices. Highlight eco-friendly products you use in treatments. It's different from what most clinics post, which means it stands out.
How to Actually Use This Calendar
Here's the practical bit. You don't need to do all of these. Pick one or two that feel right for your clinic and your community, and commit to them properly.
The Health Awareness Calendar is free for everyone - you can access it and see all the key dates for each month here.
How Co-Kinetic Makes This Ridiculously Easy
If you're a Co-Kinetic customer, most of this work is already done for you.
We've built ready-made campaigns, including evidence-based educational content for specific conditions and sports injuries, social media posts, patient leaflets, email workflows, and voucher templates.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
You can set up a voucher in less than five minutes and add it straight to your shop. Pick one of our educational social media campaigns for a specific condition or sports injury - the content is evidence-based and already written - and drop it into an email workflow within the Co-Kinetic system.
That's a full mini-campaign in less than 20 minutes. Social posts, educational content, emails, and a voucher - all live and working while you get back to treating patients.
No late nights writing social media posts. No staring at a blank screen wondering what to say about World Sleep Day. No spending your weekend designing flyers.
The content is there. You just personalise it, schedule it, and move on.
So What Now?
March gives you at least half a dozen genuine reasons to show up in your community with useful, relevant content. Whether you host a workshop at your local rugby club or simply share a few evidence-based posts about sleep and back pain, the point is the same: consistent visibility builds trust, and trust builds a full diary.
Pick one or two ideas from this list. Commit to them. And if you want the heavy lifting done for you, that's exactly what Co-Kinetic is built for.
