Why can't I generate content yet?

Your Write buttons are greyed out with a padlock 🔒. "Write it for me" won't click. Your content plan looks ready but nothing will generate. All the same thing, one cause. (Hovering the button shows a short explanation and a "Go to clinician profiles" link.)

What's happening

Content generation unlocks once your clinician profiles are complete enough: one active clinician at 60% or more (your author) and a second at 50% or more (your reviewer). Until then, every Write button stays off. Check your scores on the Clinician Profile page.

Why it works this way

AI search looks for detail, individuality, experience and depth. It recommends clinics on the evidence of real, named expertise: who your clinicians are, what they treat, what they focus on. Every article we generate is built around your actual team, because that's what gets a clinic recommended. Generate before the profiles exist and you'd get the same generic content every other clinic publishes, and generic content is precisely what AI search ignores.

What to do now

Open the Clinician Profile page and check each clinician's score. Get one past 60% and a second past 50%. The unlock is permanent 🎉: content plan, credits, everything, and after that any clinician can author regardless of score. Solo practice? You're handled automatically; no reviewer needed.

The question behind the question

"Why am I being made to fill in this form at all, and why is the bar so high?" Because the profile is the single most valuable marketing asset you have 🏆. When AI recommends a clinic, it cites the named clinician and their stated focus. Your profile isn't admin; it's the moat.
