Where do I find my content once it's created?

"I clicked Create Content, where did the article go?" "Where do finished pieces live?" "I can't find the blog post we generated last week." "Is there one place with everything we've made?" There is: Content Studio. Every finished piece lands there.

What's happening

Content Studio at https://content.co-kinetic.com/my-clinic/studio is where your finished content lives. Every piece the platform creates for you appears there as a card, organised by type: conditions, treatments, services and blog posts 🗂️. Open a card to read, review and work with the piece.

The flow, end to end:

1. You start a piece from your plan at https://content.co-kinetic.com/my-clinic/plan (the Create Content or "Write it for me" button).
2. The plan card shows live progress while it is researched and written.
3. When it is ready, the finished piece is in Content Studio, filed under its type.
4. Once you publish a piece to your website and confirm its live URL in the platform (connected channels record it automatically), it leaves the plan's "what's next" queue: the plan is a to-do list, not a trophy cabinet, and Content Studio is where the finished work lives.

Why it works this way

Your content deserves one permanent home, separate from the queue of what to do next. The plan keeps momentum (always showing the highest-impact next action), while Content Studio holds the growing body of work itself, in the same four types the whole platform thinks in. Those types are not cosmetic: condition, treatment, service and blog pages each answer a different stage of a patient's journey, and together they form the linked clusters AI search reads as genuine expertise 📚.

What to do now

1. Open https://content.co-kinetic.com/my-clinic/studio.
2. Find your piece under its type and open the card.
3. Review it properly before publishing: it is your clinic's name on it, and a named clinician's byline.
4. Publish it to your website (WordPress clinics with the plugin have the most automatic route), and then keep going: each published piece strengthens the cluster it belongs to.

One honest note: if you open Content Studio and see something that is not your content library, for example a promotional page, tell us in the chat: that is not right and we will sort it 🙂.

The question behind the question

"Why is my new article filed as a condition page and not a blog post?" (or the reverse). The type is chosen deliberately: it determines the research pipeline and template that produced the piece and where it belongs on your site. A condition cluster typically needs condition, treatment and service pages plus several blog posts, each doing a different job: "How is my content plan organised, and how does it decide what goes where?" tells that story.

Still stuck? This usually means...

• You created a piece but cannot see it in Content Studio yet. Check its plan card first: it may still be researching or writing. If it has said "ready" and is still not in the Studio, tell us in the chat.
• The piece is there but you want changes before publishing. Open the card and review it: and if something substantive is wrong with what was generated, tell us in the chat so we can look at why.
• You are not sure how to get it from the Studio onto your website. WordPress: install the plugin from your optimisation brief (see "Where do I download the WordPress plugin?"). Other platforms: the Embed and Share area has per-platform instructions.
