What happens once my content plan unlocks?

What's happening

The moment your profiles cross the line, your content plan goes live at https://content.co-kinetic.com/my-clinic/plan: a single page listing up to 15 prioritised actions, each one a concrete piece of content that will improve your AI visibility. It is not a list of ideas; it is an executable to-do list, and most items carry a button that starts the writing for you.

Once earned, the unlock is remembered: score changes never take it away, and any clinician can then author regardless of their score. One practical note: the plan needs at least two active clinicians to stay available — if your team drops below two it pauses, and resumes automatically when a second clinician is added or reactivated.

Why it works this way

The plan was being composed while you worked on the profiles. It is built from the full assessment of your website (every page scored individually), your team's declared expertise, and real patient search demand, so the item at the top is the highest-impact next piece for your clinic specifically. And because your profiles are now complete, everything it generates is credited to named, verifiable clinicians, which is exactly what AI search rewards.

What to do now

Here is what you will actually see, and how to work it.

1. Open the plan at https://content.co-kinetic.com/my-clinic/plan. The actions are grouped into five tiers, and it helps to know what each means:
   • Tier 1: Profile Completion — any remaining profile actions (photos, credentials, registration numbers, niches). Your practitioners are your visibility foundation, so these keep appearing while gaps remain.
   • Tier 2: Foundational Pages — the structural essentials, such as creating a missing hub page for one of your topic areas. These are the load-bearing pages everything else links back to.
   • Tier 3: Ranked Content Actions — the core. New pages for your active topic areas: condition explainers, treatment pages, service pages, blog posts, each answering one specific patient question. This is where topical authority is built.
   • Tier 4: Growth Opportunities — pieces that extend your reach beyond the essentials.
   • Tier 5: Refresh & Maintain — existing published pages that are ageing or slipping, where refreshing beats starting again because the page already has earned authority.
2. Read the card, then press the button. Every action explains in plain language why it is there, with a "Why this action?" expander where there is more detail. Create actions carry a Create Content button; refresh and improve actions have a "Write it for me" button that works exactly the same way.
3. Add the clinical insight when invited. Early in each piece, the platform asks for a short clinical insight from your team: how you actually approach this condition, what patients ask, what you see in clinic. It takes less than five minutes, and it is one of the biggest things separating your content from the generic AI content other clinics publish, so we strongly recommend a clinician provides it rather than an admin.
4. Watch the card, then collect the piece. Plan cards show live progress (the stages run Not started → Waiting for insight → Research in progress → Written → Peer Review → Published). Finished pieces live in the Content Studio at https://content.co-kinetic.com/my-clinic/studio. From there, push them to your site with the WordPress plugin, or hand them to whoever runs your website. Published items then leave the plan's queue: the plan is a to-do list, not a trophy cabinet.
5. Steer as you go. Any suggestion that does not fit your practice can be marked "Not relevant"; it is removed and suppressed for the next 90 days, and fresh suggestions arrive when the plan next rebuilds.
6. Don't worry about rationing 🚀. Generation is currently unrestricted while we finish the credits side of the system, so ignore any credit figures you see and keep moving.

From here the platform does the research and the writing; your part is a five-minute clinical insight per piece and getting the finished pages onto your site. Steady beats sporadic, and every published piece compounds the ones before it.
