What does Co-Kinetic do, and what does it not do?
Sound familiar?
"Is this an agency?" "Will someone be managing this for us?" "Do you do our Google Ads too?" "Our SEO consultant wants to know what you'll be taking over." "Can you rebuild our website?" "We already have a marketing person, does this replace them?" "What exactly am I paying for?" This is the article to send to anyone else involved in your marketing, before they assume.
What's happening
Co-Kinetic is a content system, not an agency. You give it your clinicians and your website. It analyses both, hands you a ranked plan of the content that will make the biggest difference, then writes each piece when you ask for it, in the voice and expertise of the clinician you choose.
The pages it writes are condition pages, treatment pages, service pages, blog posts and clinician profile pages. If you are on WordPress it publishes them straight to your site, with the structured data attached, so nobody has to paste anything.
What it does not do is anything that sits outside the content itself. It does not run your Google Ads. It does not do conversion rate optimisation, split testing or heat mapping. It does not rebuild your website, fix your hosting, change your site structure or repair technical problems such as pages that are crawled but not indexed, an exposed development site, robots.txt rules or page load speed. Those belong to your web developer and your SEO or ads people, and they should carry on doing them.
Why it works this way
The thing that is scarce in a clinic is not marketing tactics, it is your clinicians' expertise written down in a form that AI search and patients both trust. That is a specific job, and doing it properly means doing it at depth, every time, for every piece. So the system automates the two parts that make the difference: working out what to write, and writing it as the named clinician who actually knows the answer.
It also means the work fits alongside your existing people rather than replacing them. The condition and service pages the system writes are exactly the intent-matched landing pages a good ads manager wants to send traffic to, and exactly the depth a good SEO consultant is asking you to add. Nobody is made redundant by it, and nobody is waiting on us for something we were never going to do.
What to do now
- Decide who owns what before you start. Content, structured data and clinician authorship sit with Co-Kinetic. Site build, technical fixes, ads and conversion testing stay with your existing suppliers.
- Tell those suppliers what is coming, so they can plan around it. Ads managers in particular usually want to know which new pages are being created and when, so they can point campaigns at them.
- Work through your plan in order. The ranking is the recommendation.
One thing that is not live yet
Suburb-variant pages, where the same service page is repeated for each surrounding town or suburb, are in build and due late September or early October 2026. Until then, if you want that structure now, it is a job for your own developer. Everything else described above is live today.
The question behind the question
"So who is actually going to manage this for us?" You are, and it takes far less managing than an agency retainer does. Your onboarding call covers how to set the clinician profiles up properly and how the plan gets built. After that the work each month is choosing the next piece from your plan, giving one short clinician insight, and approving what comes back. If what you want instead is a supplier who sits in your marketing meetings and coordinates your other suppliers, that is an agency, and it is a different purchase.
The next question is usually...
- What happens after I sign up?
- How does the content plan decide what to create?
- Can I edit the content I've been given?
- How should I work with my web developer?
Still stuck? This usually means...
- Your marketing adviser is asking who does the technical work. Your developer does. Send them this article and the developer brief at https://content.co-kinetic.com/my-clinic/overview.
- You are not on WordPress. The content still comes out ready to publish, it just needs pasting. See "I'm not on WordPress. How do I get my content onto my site?".
- You wanted the suburb pages specifically. Tell us in the chat, so we can let you know the moment they ship.
