What do I get in the Website & AI Visibility Review?
Sound familiar?
"What's actually in the report?" "Is it worth £599?" "How is it different from the free check?" "Will it just tell me what's wrong, or how to fix it?" "Do I have to subscribe to anything afterwards?" "How long does it take?" "Can I see one first?"
The short answer
The Website & AI Visibility Review is the full picture of how patients find your clinic now, and exactly what to do about it. 🔎 It's a designed report of more than 30 pages, written for your clinic, built from your own website and from 64 real AI answers to the questions your patients ask. It tells you where you stand, why AI recommends other clinics instead of yours, and what to fix first, in order of impact. It costs £599, one payment, VAT included for UK customers. It stands completely on its own: there's nothing else to buy.
You can turn the pages of a real one before you buy. The sample on the Review page (https://co-kinetic.com/website-and-ai-visibility-review) is a real Review for an MSK clinic, with the clinic's name and details removed.
What we look at
Two things decide whether AI recommends your clinic: what AI says when patients ask, and what your website gives it to work with. The Review measures both.
- What AI tells your patients. We take four problems your own website says you treat, and ask four questions about each, the way a patient would: what could this be, how is it treated, who near me can help, and how do I choose. That's 16 questions, asked of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI answers: 64 answers. We never ask about your clinic by name, so the result shows whether AI would send a patient who has never heard of you.
- Your whole website. We scan every page we can find and sort them by type (conditions, treatments, services, blog posts, team pages and more), then check the key pages by hand on your live site. Every statement the Review makes about your website is checked by a person before it reaches you.
- Your clinicians. For each one: their profile page, bio, photo, qualifications and registration number. Can a patient, and AI, see who they are and why to trust them?
- Your clinic's details. Address, phone number, opening hours, booking links, social profiles and your Google Business Profile.
- Your reputation. Your Google rating and review count, and how many new reviews you've had in the last 12 months, 6 months and 1 month.
- Whether AI can read your site. Your robots file and exactly which AI tools it lets in, plus the technical basics: secure connection, mobile, sitemap and platform.
- Your competition. The local clinics AI named instead of you, and how often.
- How visitors become patients. How easy your site makes it to book, how it shows your reputation, and whether you can see what's working.
What's in your report
- Where you stand, on one page. Your AI visibility score out of 100, how many local answers named you, how many expert answers used your website as their source, your Google reviews and rating, and the three things that matter most.
- Why this matters now. How patients have moved from searching to having a conversation with AI, in plain English, with the figures and their sources.
- What AI tells your patients. A grid showing the result of all 64 answers: whether you were named, and how often each AI tool named you.
- The evidence. Six real AI answers, quoted in the AI's own words (shortened), with your clinic's name highlighted. Under each one: what it tells you, and what you can do about it.
- Who AI sends patients to instead. The top ten local clinics named instead of you, and the websites AI trusts as the expert on your patients' problems.
- Your website: what works and what doesn't. Specific strengths and problems, each checked on your live site, with the date we checked.
- Your team. A clinician-by-clinician table of what AI and patients can and can't see.
- Your weakest pages. The pages that matter most and are holding you back, each with its score out of 100, its Google result and what's wrong.
- Your reputation. Where your reviews stand, how fast they're arriving, and how to keep them coming within the rules.
- Can AI read your website? Your actual robots file, and which AI tools it lets in or keeps out.
- Your do-it-yourself list. Free fixes in order of impact, each marked for you, your front desk or your web person.
- For your web person. The jobs to hand over, each with what to do, why, and what we found on your site.
- Turning visitors into bookings. Changes that make it easier for a visitor to become a patient.
- Your three quick wins. Three pages you already have, where AI recommended a nearby clinic instead of you. For each: what AI said, who it named, and what to change.
- How AI decides which clinics to name. What gets a clinic onto AI's shortlist, what makes it the expert, and why a smaller clinic can win.
- What carries over from SEO, and what doesn't. So you can tell good advice from expensive advice.
- What to remember, and how we measured, with dates, tools and sources.
How it's made
The assessment behind the Review runs on your live website and on the AI tools themselves. A person then builds your report, checks every statement about your website on your live site, and takes out anything that can't be confirmed. Nothing unmeasured is ever shown as a zero, and nothing is guessed. Every outside figure comes from published research, named where it's used. That's the same standard we kept for 25 years publishing the peer-reviewed Co-Kinetic Journal. ✅
What we need from you, and how long it takes
Your website address, your country and an email address. That's all: no logins, no access to your website, and nothing to fill in. We aim to send your report within 2 working days of your order.
Who sees it
You, and anyone you choose to share it with. We never publish any clinic's Review or its numbers without written permission.
What you can do with it
Everything in the Review is yours to act on, whoever does the work: you, your front desk, your web person or an agency. The do-it-yourself list and the jobs for your web person are written so they can start the same day.
If you'd rather have the work done for you, that's what the Clinical Content System is for: it scores and re-measures every page, builds your content plan, gives your web person the full brief with the code, and researches and writes the pages under your clinicians' names. Subscribe within 30 days of your Review and your first four weeks cost £99 instead of £599, with the full 30 content credits. After that it's £599 every four weeks, VAT included for UK customers, with no contract.
The question behind the question
"Is it worth it if I never subscribe?" Yes. The Review is built to be worth its price on its own: an honest account of where you stand, and a practical plan in order of impact, so you stop guessing and stop paying for things your clinic doesn't need. Many clinics will buy it just for the plan.
The next question is usually...
- What are the products, and how much do they cost?
- How is the Co-Kinetic AI visibility check different from other AI scores?
- What does my AI Visibility score actually mean?
- What if the clinic down the road signs up to Co-Kinetic as well?
Still stuck? This usually means...
- You want to know whether AI names you before you spend anything. Run the free AI visibility check (https://content.co-kinetic.com/ai-visibility-light). It takes about a minute.
- You want to see exactly what you'd get. Turn the pages of the sample Review on the Review page.
- You have a question about your own clinic. Ask Coki, the chat on every page: it can answer anything about the Review.
