☎️ How to Add Your Telephone Number as a Call-to-Action Instead of a Web Booking Link
If you’d rather have clients call you directly instead of using a web booking form, you can easily update your call-to-action (CTA) to display your phone number instead. Follow these quick steps (or you can also watch the video at the bottom of the page):
📌 Steps to Add Your Phone Number as a CTA
Choose the "Book a Discovery Call" CTA
- Go to the post setup page and select "Book a Discovery Call" as your call-to-action.
- You don’t need to enter a URL—just leave that field blank.
Let AI Generate the Post Copy
- Click "Write for CTA" and allow AI to generate the suggested post text.
- The text will initially include a booking reference—don’t worry, we’ll change that!
Replace the CTA with Your Phone Number
- Edit the AI-generated text and insert your phone number (e.g., “Call us today on [Your Number] to schedule your appointment”).
Adapt for Different Social Networks
- Click "Adapt for Networks" to apply changes across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Check each post preview—sometimes, the phone number might not carry over to all platforms.
- Manually copy & paste your phone number into any missing text fields.
[IMPORTANT] Set Post CTA to "Value Post – No Link"
- This step prevents unwanted booking links from being added when the post is published.
- Change the post type to "Value Post – No Link" to ensure the final post only includes your message and phone number.
Save & Activate
- Once everything looks good, click "Save and Activate", and your post will be scheduled as usual!
