How should I work with my web developer?
Our recommended route: keep control of the content studio yourself, and send your developer the finished articles. You can email an article directly to them from inside the system, or push it straight to your site with the WordPress plugin. There is genuinely no need for your developer to be inside the platform at all.
The reason is the clinical insight. Every article invites one before it generates, and it should come from a clinician. It's optional, but it takes less than five minutes and it is one of the biggest things that separates your content from the clinic down the road. A developer cannot answer it, and if it gets skipped or padded, you lose the differentiation you are paying for.
If you do want to give your developer full access, you can. Add them as an administrator. Just be aware that administrators see your whole content plan, and the create buttons will be in front of them. If they generate articles on your behalf, make sure a clinician is the one supplying the clinical insight every time.
The simple division: clinicians create, developers publish.
