How do I share my campaign resources?
Sound familiar?
You have picked a campaign and it is full of good material — but it only grows your clinic if it leaves the platform and reaches actual humans. Here is every route out, from a one-click share to a printed booklet on a shop counter 📣.
What's happening
Each campaign's detail page in Content holds the campaign overview plus a resources panel: branded PDF leaflets (with View and Share buttons), Canva templates (posters and a customisable booklet), the AI blog writer link, and a View All button for the full list. The campaign also carries ready-made social posts (the Social step), pre-written emails (the Email step), and a lead collection page that gives away the whole resource pack in exchange for an email address.
Why it works this way
One campaign, many doors: the same researched material goes out through social, email, print, your website and your waiting room. That repetition is not waste — people need to meet an idea several times, in several places, before they act. The campaign is built so every channel points back to the same resources and, ultimately, your booking link 🙂.
What to do now
Pick the routes that fit how your patients actually find you:
- Direct to a patient: open the campaign, press Share on the leaflet (or View and download the PDF to print or attach).
- To your email list: the campaign's pre-written emails link to the leaflets — set them up as a workflow ("How do I create an email workflow from an educational marketing campaign?" covers it), or paste a leaflet link into any email you write.
- To social media: the campaign's ready-to-post social content (about half of which links directly to leaflets) goes out through the Scheduler on the rhythm and weekly capacity you set.
- As a lead magnet: share the campaign's lead collection page as the call-to-action on posts and printed material — sign-ups get the pack automatically and land in your Audience, tagged with the campaign they came from.
- In the physical world: open the poster and booklet Canva templates, add your branding and any advertising sections, and print — waiting room, local gyms, sports shops, community boards. Add a QR code pointing at your lead page so paper turns into contacts ("How do I use QR codes and short links?").
- On your website: your content widget can carry campaign content so your site stays current automatically.
The question behind the question
"Which channel should I do first?" The one you will actually sustain. A scheduler queue and one nurture workflow run themselves once set up — start there; add print and blog when the automatic layer is humming. One channel done consistently beats five done once 🎯.
The next question is usually...
- How do I use the patient leaflets and resources?
- How do the campaign sign-up and success pages work?
- How do I use QR codes and short links?
Still stuck? This usually means...
- A shared leaflet shows old contact details. Update Settings → Business Settings; newly viewed copies pick up the change.
- You can't find the booklet or poster templates. They are Canva template links in the campaign's resources panel — press View All if the sidebar list is truncated.
- You want to know if sharing is working. Watch your Your Practice dashboard — reached, learning from you, reaching out to you — and your Audience for new campaign-tagged contacts.
