How to Connect Your Social Networks to Co-Kinetic

Welcome to your step-by-step guide to linking your social networks with Co-Kinetic! Let’s get started on this straightforward journey together.

Step 1: Access Your Profile

To begin, you’ll want to access your profile. Here’s what to do:

1. Click on your name located at the top right hand side of the page.

This will open your profile where you’ll find the 'Integrations & Tools' tab (the 3rd tab).

Step 2: Prepare to Connect

Before diving in, it’s a good idea to ensure you're all set up to connect your networks seamlessly.

Make sure you are logged into the social networks you plan to connect, such as Facebook, in another browser tab, and that you have admin access to your social account/s.

• This small step helps your browser recognise your login, making the connection process smoother.

Step 3: Start Linking

Now, let’s get those networks linked!

Click the 'Update Social Networks' button. This will open the integrations dashboard.

• Choose the social network you wish to connect. For example, select Facebook if that's your choice.

Step 4: Grant Permissions

It's time to allow the necessary permissions for a smooth connection.

- Grant all permissions requested during this step.

• Avoid being selective with permissions to prevent any potential issues.

Step 5: Select Your Page

If you manage multiple pages, you’ll need to decide which one to connect.

- Choose the page you want to connect.

• Ensure your account has administrator access to this page.

Step 6: Complete the Connection

Let’s wrap up the linking process!

- Click 'Submit' to finalise the connection.

• You should receive a confirmation indicating that Facebook is linked.

Step 7: Review Linked Networks

Once your networks are linked, it’s good to review them.

- Click 'Close' to return to your profile.

• Visit the 'Integrations & Tools' tab to view your linked accounts.

Step 8: Add More Networks (Optional)

Feel free to expand your network connections at any time.

• To add or update linked networks later, simply click the button in the 'Integrations & Tools' tab to head back to the linking screen.
