What Co-Kinetic does

Co-Kinetic helps private MSK clinics (physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, sports and massage therapists and allied professions) get found and chosen by patients. Patients now ask AI tools and Google who to see, and both recommend the clinics whose expertise they can find online. We make sure that's your clinic: we show your team's experience in the way AI and Google read it, then help you share it with your local community.

It's built on 27 years of serving MSK clinicians, since 1999, including 100 issues of an award-winning clinical journal. Co-Kinetic was named Best Physical Therapy Marketing Platform at the 2026 GHP Global Excellence Awards.

The four stages

Each stage is worth having on its own, and a clinic can start at any of them. Most start with the free check, because it costs nothing.

Know where you stand: the free AI visibility check. We take four problems your patients come to you with, straight from your own website, and have the kind of conversation a patient would have with each of four AI tools. Be the recommended clinic: the Clinical Content System. It reads your website and your clinicians, then researches and writes the in-depth condition, treatment, service and blog pages that show your team's expertise, under your clinicians' own names. The three products

The Clinical Content System (CCS): gets your clinic found and recommended by AI and Google, with researched content written under your clinicians' names. For clinics that know content is how you get found now. Most have between three and ten practitioners; some are solo practitioners committed to regular, serious content.
The Clinic Growth Hub: how you tell people. Email, social, surveys, forms, campaigns, offers and reviews in one place, so one subscription replaces five or six tools. For any private MSK clinic that wants to communicate and promote itself properly, from the solo practitioner to the multi-clinician clinic.
Co-Kinetic Sites: a clinic website built for the content and for the AI, generated and kept current from the Clinical Content System. A bolt-on to the Clinical Content System, and the one product that needs another. For CCS clinics whose current website is holding them back.
